We have finished our insect unit (hooray) and now we are on our Fall unit. Our vocabulary for this unit includes: apple, bird, nest, tree, clouds, rain, windy, smooth, rough, and leaves. We are learning about the change in the weather when Fall arrives. It gets cloudy, windy, and rainy. Its a good time to pick apples. Birds fly away to somewhere warm. Some leaves are smooth and some are rough, and most turn colors and dry out before they fall from the trees. After our Fall unit is completed we will move on to Health and Nutrition.
